For the ones living in Auckland
Just wanted to say that my favorite little nude beach named Little Huia or Orpheus Bay which was no longer accessible by Con Bryan Track is now opened once again and I have to say that the council put a nice effort with the work out on the track. And today the weather was great for once in Auckland so went and stripped and it was a great day after 3 months of being locked

Just come back from Orpheus Bay today, what beautiful day, sunny, no wind and water was warm, tide was turning and coming back in. its good to see both men and women enjoying the beach with no bad behaviour. I have been several times and seen both men / women couples, single men of various ages and the odd shocked and surprised fisherman or tourist whom missed the clothing optional memo.
I love Orpheus Bay because despite its small size is private enough that most visitors are happy to go clothing optional. Most men are really friendly and happy to engage in a conversation, the ladies not so much. But I fully understand why.....
The reef can be a little tricky to negiotate as lots new growing muscles and oyster shells. But when tide is fully in you get nice sandy base beneath your feet when swimming.
The beah is small about 286m or thereabout in length...so at high tide beach realestate can be tight. At low to medium tide there is plenty of space.
One saturday when I visisted, we had a drone fly over, operated from a guy on motorbike at top hill in carpark area. I'm sure he got great footage of me naked....lol
Track is great now all graded paths, wooden stairs and board walks...
