If one was to create another KNP style Naturist Campground - where in NZ would you build it?

The 5yr plan is to do this - buy a suitable location and slowly develop it towards a KNP style Naturist Campground. Open to all - no membership or comittee. But where would be best?
Ideas please - needs to be private (obviously) but not too far and inaccessable to tourists. Good weather ideally too.
Thinking maybe Waiarapa or Nelson? These are broad strokes at this stage.
Off grid is a big possibility. Native bush and escapism the sell points.
Very keen to hear thoughts and ideas from the Naturist community.
