Naked Cyclist Arrested in Auckland
So, came across this story in the New Zealand Herald. Arrested for Offensive Behaviour...so am guessing riding a bike naked is now considered Offensive Behaviour....interesting. Sure there is more of a back story than this article discusses.

I find this story to be incredulous, on many levels . . . . . .
Pathetic reporting, and even more pathetic that the underfunded New Zealand Police send 4 cars and 8 humans to chase a fellow human on a bike . . . . . . . plus of course, the expenses incurred in Head Office with other staff being involved too . . . . . . .
And the New Zealand Police have the audacity to publicly state that they are unable to attend house burglary's due to a staff and funding shortage . . . . . . . .
