a most worthwhile article ... and certainly one for both women... to change their concerns about looking a certain 'ideal' way.... and men who may have expectations about women looking the same way.
I thnk the naturist movement has a great role to play in that part of its base values are respect and celebration of diversity.
Men can also be insecure or feel pressured to look a certain way....eg their genitals , etcc etc, don't conform with an idealized appearance.
The great thing for me is that naturism allows people to realize that these ideal looks are used by fashion etc to cause insecurity and thus sell products to address that insecurity... and that everyone is different and unique...... it has the potential to make people more self accepting and also of others and differences.
