As you know, we've been carrying out a full review of the website to bring it back up to speed. Over the two and a half years since we kicked off a lot of additional content has been added - some quite hastily with technical aspects overlooked. This has compromised the site's ability to be found by the major search engines. It's also meant that the site file system became poorly categorized and in dire need of properly organised folders. Most of this "behind the scenes" work won't be noticed by most of you, but it was essential to make administration more efficient.

Like many online groups, we started to see more and more people who initially registered an account but disappeared soon after or never logged in again! We've done a clean-up of inactive members and placed on hold those who didn't confirm by the September 9th deadline. Their accounts can be reactivated if they wish to continue with us

Some of the public pages have been edited to better reflect what we're about, and I'm grateful to some of our members for their suggestions, which have been most helpful.

One task we hadn't expected to give so much attention to was the chat facility. Sadly, I received a complaint from a member about unwelcome inappropriate comments and photos sent to them by another (overseas) member via the chat. That prompted us to run some word scans through the chat log files to locate the interchange and verify the complaint. Although the offender's account was removed, unfortunately it became obvious that the chat was open to abuse and therefore necessary to restrict the chat facility while we sort out a suitable alternative.

PLEASE NOTE: One or two members expressed surprise that the members chat was not private. To make it clear, the chat facility is private between members, but admins have the right and the ability to run scanning software over the chat logs from time to time. This is clearly spelled out in the Ts and Cs, which everyone confirmed they read and understood on joining up and again on the recent confirmation. It might pay to read them again - they and other useful info is accessed on the dark blue footer below.

We are not the morality police. You are free to live your own lives as you see fit. That's not our concern. But Hauraki Naturally's aim is to provide a platform for those keen on promoting a clothes-optional lifestyle. Nothing more! If your interest in being here is simply a pathway to sexual encounters and other forms of sexual gratification, then this site is not for you. If coming here was a mistake, then let me know and I'm happy to remove your membership.
