So for those keen on Bush Bathing, it seems the best date coming up that suits the most will be Friday 22nd April.

We'll meet at Rhodes Park, THAMES at 10 a.m. and carpool up the Kauaeranga Valley from there.

We can make a decision on the day about which track to hike, depending on levels of fitness and how much time people have available. Could be anything from 2.5 to 5 hours.

What to bring . . .

Some lunch

Water bottle

Insect repellent

Appropriate footwear - there are small streams to cross, so shoes you don't mind getting wet.

A lightweight waterproof jacket if the weather looks like it could rain.
