Anyone been to Ladies Bay recently ?
It used to be fairly unsavory and not a place where you felt you might be left alone. I don't live that far away and wondered if it had changed. Last time I went 10yrs ago I couldn't find a nice place to relax. I'm " liberal " but to a degree !! was how it went. It was about then I wondered how I could go to a beach with naked people and not feel awkward . Thankfully Rok came to the rescue and I've shared some good moments with him and others from this site
I would however love to meet up with people on a more regular bases face-to-face. Go for a walk or swim . Eat . Doesn't have to be a hard place to get to. Someones back garden at my age feels good. A way for people to meet feel comfortable and share a sense of community. The internet can be quite distant at times and I think there may be a place for us simply getting together.
Any thoughts ?
I agree with the sentiments in you last paragraph. I'd like to get together with like minded people in an easily accessible place. At the moment mobility is a barrier to long distance walks.
